She has 20 years of experience in human resources management and this for different companies in different sectors, both in international and local environments.
Axelle is currently acting as a certified trainer, coach, keynote speaker and HR consultant.

To improve leadership in companies; increase wellbeing and happiness in the workplace; to reinforce long-term commitment between employer and employee or to develop skills and improve performance.
Today Axelle also acts as coordinator for the national campaign "Build With Joy" of the ADEB (Association of Belgian Entrepreneurs) and its 65 affiliated companies.
