She has 20 years of experience in human resources management and this for different companies in different sectors, both in international and local environments.
Axelle is currently acting as a certified executive coach, trainer, keynote speaker and HR consultant.

Her mission is to enhance workplace well-being and performance through agile and authentic (self)leadership journeys.
Axelle also acted as coordinator for the national campaign "Build With Joy" of the ADEB (Association of Belgian Entrepreneurs) and its 65 affiliated companies.
